Territory Business Manager (TBM) – Critical Care
Territory Business Manager job in Delhi: Flash Tech Consulting is recruiting dynamic, result-oriented pharmaceutical sales professionals for a confidential Critical Care opportunity based at Delhi HQ.
Two territories are available: Delhi South with Noida, and Delhi East with Central Delhi. The role involves developing business across major hospitals, building strong professional relationships and growing the Critical Care portfolio within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the assigned Delhi and Noida territory and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote the Critical Care pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and purchase teams.
- Plan field visits, product discussions, presentations and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support sustained territory growth.
- Monitor market activity, competitor movement and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily call, customer and sales reports.
- Work ethically and follow all applicable pharmaceutical-promotion and company compliance requirements.

Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience
