Accounts Receivable Executive
Accounts Receivable Executive job in Pune: Flash Tech Consulting is hiring experienced accounting professionals for a client in the banking industry. The role focuses on receivables, collections, customer ledgers, reconciliations, cash and bank accounting, Tally ERP and taxation support.
The successful candidate will help maintain accurate financial records, monitor outstanding balances, support statutory compliance and coordinate timely closure of accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Record invoices, receipts, collections and other accounts-receivable transactions accurately.
- Maintain customer ledgers and monitor outstanding balances through regular ageing reports.
- Follow up on receivables and coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely collection.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor and general-ledger reconciliations and resolve differences.
- Support accounts-payable entries, cash handling and daily cash and bank accounting.
- Prepare GST, TDS, Income Tax and ITR workings and maintain relevant compliance records.
- Assist with financial reports, month-end closing schedules and tax-audit documentation.
- Maintain organised supporting documents and ensure entries are updated in Tally ERP.
