System Engineer
This fresher-level System Engineer position offers an opportunity to begin a career in IT infrastructure, hardware support and networking. The selected candidate will provide basic technical assistance and help maintain computer systems and networks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide basic support for computer hardware and networking issues.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware problems.
- Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN networks and IT infrastructure.
- Support users with software and hardware-related queries.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior team members.
- Maintain system, asset and troubleshooting documentation.
- Ensure technical issues are addressed within the required timeframe.
- Follow organisational IT and data-security procedures.
