Key responsibilities

• Handle medical-billing and accounts-receivable activities.
• Review unpaid or incorrectly processed healthcare claims.
• Support payment posting and account follow-up activities.
• Identify billing issues and assist with their timely resolution.
• Maintain accuracy while processing billing information.
• Follow established revenue-cycle and quality procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members regarding account status.
• Participate in medical-billing training when required.
