The SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go Type-C 128GB (model SDDDC3-128G-I46GPD, Absinthe Green; Amazon ASIN B0DNFSYJ23) is a pocket-sized way to move files between a compatible USB-C phone or tablet and a USB-A computer. Its two connectors are the reason to choose it: you can transfer photos and documents without sending them to yourself online or relying on a separate cable.

SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go Type-C 128GB: quick verdict
Good fit: people who regularly move phone photos, short videos or documents to a laptop or desktop with a USB-A port; commuters and creators who want a small offline transfer tool.
Consider another option: if your phone lacks USB-C or USB OTG support, your computer has only USB-C ports, you need encrypted storage, or this would be your only copy of irreplaceable files. Check the device ports and transfer needs before ordering.
What the verified listing says
- Capacity and variant: 128GB, Absinthe Green, model SDDDC3-128G-I46GPD. Actual usable space is less than the stated capacity.
- Connectors: reversible USB Type-C at one end and traditional USB Type-A at the other.
- Interface: USB 3.2 Gen 1. The listing claims up to 400MB/s read speed; that is not a guaranteed speed for every phone, port or file.
- Design: swivel body intended to help protect the connectors, with a keyring hole.
- App: SanDisk Memory Zone can be used for phone backups after installation and setup; automatic backup is not active merely because you plug in the drive.
- Warranty: Amazon describes a five-year limited warranty. Read the current seller/manufacturer terms, proof-of-purchase requirements and exclusions before relying on it.

How it helps a mobile-first workflow
After confirming that your phone supports USB-C OTG, connect the Type-C end, use the phone’s file manager to copy selected photos or documents, then safely eject the drive. Connect the Type-A end to a compatible computer to move the files again. This can be useful before a phone upgrade, while sharing work between devices, or when cloud uploads are slow. The drive is a transfer tool, not a substitute for a separate backup.
Five checks before buying
- Phone compatibility: confirm USB-C and OTG support on your exact phone or tablet. A Type-C port alone does not prove the drive will work.
- Computer port: confirm you have USB-A, or plan an appropriate adapter. Do not assume a USB-C-only laptop accepts the Type-A end.
- Speed expectations: 400MB/s is an advertised maximum read speed. Actual transfers depend on the host port, file sizes, device performance and usage conditions; write speed may differ.
- Storage plan: compare 128GB with the size of your photo/video library. Keep another backup before deleting originals from your phone.
- Current offer: check the selected Absinthe Green 128GB variant, seller, warranty wording, returns and delivery on Amazon before payment.
What this drive does not solve
It does not add permanent internal storage to your phone, make every device OTG-compatible, guarantee the advertised maximum transfer rate, or automatically safeguard files without setup. For highly sensitive files, check whether your security needs call for an encrypted-storage product instead.

APICSTOCK buying conclusion
Choose this exact SanDisk 128GB dual drive if your main problem is moving files between a compatible USB-C mobile device and a USB-A computer.
