How bulk orders work
- Send the brief: choose Business / B2B requirement in the enquiry form. Begin the message with “Custom products / Diwali bulk order” and include product type, quantity, specifications, artwork status, budget and currency, location and required date.
- Review the quotation: design work, production, packaging, delivery, taxes and any sample cost should be itemised. Minimum quantities, available materials, supported phone models and production capacity are confirmed for your brief.
- Approve the artwork and scope: confirm spelling, logo placement, sizes, colours and the design proof. Ask about a physical sample where needed. Use artwork and logos you own or have permission to reproduce.
- Confirm production: proceed only after written agreement on the supplier, price, payment terms, delivery schedule and remedies for defects. Diwali delivery is subject to confirmed production and dispatch capacity.
APICSTOCK collects and routes enquiries. Creative work through Anks Studios is scoped separately; independent production providers confirm their own prices and terms. Submitting a request does not place a paid order or guarantee availability. Share artwork requirements in the initial enquiry; artwork files can be requested during follow-up.

Compare quotations on the same specification
- Printed products: compare finished dimensions, material or paper weight, print sides, finish, quantity, proof/sample approval and delivery date.
- Digital displays: compare the exact model, screen dimensions, brightness for the location, operating-hours rating, mounting, software licence costs and on-site support. Ask for a demonstration using your content.
- Price breakdown: request separate amounts for design, production or hardware, installation, delivery, taxes and ongoing maintenance. Compare the total scope rather than the headline price.
Prepare your quotation request
Include quantity, specifications, artwork status, required date, country, city and postal code where applicable, plus budget and currency. Ask the provider to itemise design, production or hardware, software licences, installation, transport, taxes, maintenance and warranty. Approve the proof or demonstration and written scope before production or installation.
For advertising placements, specify the venue or locality, dates and format. Inventory, venue permissions and advertising rights require separate confirmation. - Fire extinguishers & accessories: portable or wheeled units, brackets, stands and cabinets. Include the type, capacity and fire rating specified by your fire-safety professional, quantity and installation location.

India — IREL official tender listings
- GEM/2026/B/8093137 — Chavara: supply and installation of a fire-alarm system at the new security-cum-training centre. Listed closing date: 19 October 2026.
- GEM/2026/B/8086482 — RED unit: annual operation and maintenance contract for the utility and firefighting section. Listed closing date: 14 October 2026.
- GEM/2026/B/8091142 — RED unit: maintenance contract for servicing fire extinguishers across the plant. Listed closing date: 20 October 2026.

Dubai — DEWA local-purchase RFQs
- 2012605255 — UV flame detector: one Forney 401112-01 detector for an auxiliary boiler. Closes 12 October 2026, 10 AM. Match the exact model and technical specification. Official RFQ summary.

- 2332602558 — Warsan stores fire-safety systems: revised fire-alarm, firefighting and emergency-lighting drawings, authority approvals and completion requirements. The PDFs are summaries: obtain complete system documentation before quoting. Quotations are in AED, with DDP delivery terms. Requirements in Singapore, Australia and Dubai must be checked with the relevant local authority. An enquiry does not confirm fire approval, a compliance certificate or a fire NOC.

Tata Agrico garage hand tools

For other garage equipment, request torque wrenches, impact tools, vehicle jacks and stands, compressors, diagnostic scanners or workshop storage by specification. These are general enquiry categories, not confirmed Tata Agrico products. Specify rated capacity, vehicle compatibility, power supply, calibration or inspection documentation, installation and service needs as applicable.
Garage-tool buying checklist
- Hand-tool sets: request the complete size list, drive size and metric/imperial specification. Match these to the fasteners you work on rather than choosing by piece count alone.
- Torque and diagnostic tools: specify the required torque range and calibration documentation, or the exact vehicle model/year and diagnostic functions. Ask about software updates and recurring licence charges.
- Workshop equipment: request manufacturer instructions, rated capacity, power requirements, installation scope, inspection records where applicable and local after-sales support.

Tata commercial vehicles
For trucks, cargo pickups, buses and vans, state intended use, payload or seating, route, fuel/power preference, fleet quantity, operating location and required date. Tata steel & industrial products
Specify the product family, grade, dimensions, quantity, project application, certificates, delivery location and date. Confirm the exact specification and authorised supply channel before purchase.

B2B requirements: India, Singapore, Australia and Dubai
Prepare a buyer requirement or supplier capability enquiry for printing and signage, packaging, hospitality supplies, marine maintenance, safety equipment, housekeeping, catering, hotel consumables, water and waste management, guest transfers, display systems, lighting, maintenance or digital services. Availability and service coverage must be confirmed with the independent provider.
What to include
- State whether you are a buyer or supplier, your organisation and product or service category.
- Give specifications, quantity, delivery country and city, postal code where applicable, budget with currency, and required timeline.
- For quotation requests, specify delivery, installation, maintenance and after-sales scope. Suppliers should describe service locality, relevant certifications, capacity and local delivery or installation arrangements.
- For a tender enquiry, include the official source link, tender reference, closing date and time zone. Confirm eligibility, required registrations, bid security and latest amendments directly with the procuring authority.

Listed close: 9 November 2026, 3 PM; confirm the applicable Australian time zone in the tender documents. Review Addenda 1–3, including Addendum 3 dated 8 October 2026, and the updated booklet under Addendum 2. The public requirements ask about ICT Services Scheme SCM0020 membership and agreement to quarterly social-procurement reporting if successful. - Dubai — industrial door maintenance: DEWA reference 2122600147, preventive maintenance at generation facilities. Listed extended close: 13 October 2026; confirm submission time and technical requirements with DEWA. Official DEWA tender list.
Indian portal detail links may expire with the session; search the tender ID on the Central Public Procurement Portal. Overseas participation is tender-specific. GeBIZ provides registration for foreign companies, but registration alone does not establish eligibility. DEWA’s participation guidance asks for local partner/sponsor details and a current Dubai trade licence with proposals. Australian eligibility remains to be checked.

Creek and wetland conservation remains a priority: floatel RFPs are proposals/tenders, with award, environmental clearances and operating permissions unverified. Do not treat them as operating attractions or request bookings or visitor access.
